We seek property
We find the right deals for you, negotiate the price and financing, and sign off on the deal. We only seek out properties that are undervalued with an above market average cap rate.

You invest
As an investor, you become a credit note holder in the commercial rental property. We will negotiate with the seller, along with banks, in order to capitalize on low interest rates.

We manage property & collect rents
We find the right deals for you, negotiate the price and financing, and sign off on the deal. We only seek out properties that are undervalued with an above market average cap rate.

Distribute rents – you get paid
We pay out yearly cash distributions to you and all the other investors prior to Maple Leaf Capital taking any profits for itself.

Money back
We sell or refinance your commercial rental property after a 5-year term, adding further value, and grant you the full return from the initial investment plus profits.
